High Energy Facilitators we are looking for you!
We are kicking off a national change project in South Africa in October 2021. We need to build our team and are looking for facilitators that are able to:
1. Work with a script (to create consistency across the 900 sites that we will be working at).
2. Deliver the content with high energy, being aware of whether the people you are presenting to are engaged and connecting to what you are delivering.
3. Work within a team that is agile, is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences (for the right reasons), creating shifts in the business that will generate sustainability for the long term.
A little about Fresh Eyes ...
We are Customer Retention Specialists working off the simple premise that retaining your customers ensures long term sustainability. People create magic whilst keeping their jobs benefitting the business that employs them, the people that depend on them, supports the community that they are in, whilst most importantly creating an understanding of how important they are to the business they work for.
What will you need to fulfil this role?
- A great attitude
- Facilitation, training or acting experience
- The ability to deliver content with high energy
- A smart phone
- The ability to travel in your own transport
- A real passion for people
- A certain amount of administration ability - ability to complete an online form, take photos and create phone videos and send back on Whatsapp.
- Be comfortable working independently.
