The system will assume that the Customer has come in directly and you will NOT be linked to the Customer.  This means that your Commission will not be automatically added at month end.

Your Sales Report will be used to cross check any "claims" of ownership along with a reach out to the Customer.

Send an email to Nonto requesting that your tag is added.  Nonto will do the following:

1. Check your sales report to see if you have called on the Customer.
2. Call the Customer to confirm that you introduced them to Fresh Eyes.
3. If these 2 checks are good - she will then add your tag to the Customers Profile.

A great way to ensure that your Customers are immediately linked to your profile is to get them to Opt In whilst you call the first time on the basis that Fresh Eyes constantly shares very valuable FREE Customer Experience Tips and Resources.

This way, if they are not ready to buy whilst you are face to face, they have been linked to your profile and will receive all the benefits that we share.

The system will automatically link you to your Customer based on them returning to the Fresh Eyes site AT ANY STAGE going forward - using the same name and email address as used when they first Opted In.
