As an Affiliate / GSA Territory Representative your Fresh Eyes email address costs you nothing.

Please note that only Fresh Eyes content can be transacted on the email.

The use of email and the internet for anything other than work-related purposes is prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the termination of your Fresh Eyes Representation Agreement.

Fresh Eyes is able to monitor your email usage.  On activation of your Representation Agreement , you hereby consent that the Company may, without notice, inspect and intercept your email communications.

Please note that the system is set up to back up all your emails for 14 days.  If you require this to be extended please contact Fresh Eyes. 

In the event that you have a device failure and your emails are deleted  please note that Fresh Eyes are not responsible.

You own your business which is essentially the rights to represent Fresh Eyes in the territory agreed in your contract.

Your devices (laptops, tablets, phones) that have access to your email should be protected by a recognised anti-virus software.  A suggestion is AVG which costs around ZAR20 a month.

These costs are for your account.

All emails have to go our with your signature as issued when signing up.  This is the only signature that can be used.
