To successfully sign up please ensure that you have the following information available:

1. Your full name (please use the Christian Name that you use all the time and your Surname.
2. Your email address (this MUST be your Fresh Eyes address once you are 100% set up.
3. A password - this is confidential for your eyes only.
4. Your paypal email address.  This MUST BE the same email that you will use when setting up paypal. (It should NOT be your Fresh Eyes Email as this is personal)
