By preparing for your calls, ensuring that you know the product (pain points, solutions, benefits, wins and value stack) designed for their specific needs you will come across as an expert which will increase your chances of a sale.

Whether you respond immediately or not is entirely your call.  When Fresh Eyes sets up your portal we will ask for 2 telephone numbers that will be the dedicated numbers for all feedback to be sent to.  The actions you take from there are defined by you.

You can call for a download from your dedicated number at any time and this will be sent to you in a CSV. format.

Fresh Eyes work on the premise that a "Non Disclosure Agreement" is signed with every customer to protect all information from both parties.  Confidentiality is covered in the Non Disclosure Agreement.   The share between the customer and your business is covered as your proprietary information and cannot be used at any time by Fresh Eyes.
